2 · Deploy, with your agent
Give INSTALL.md to your agent. Choose your app's address and email sender; it takes care of the setup.

3 · Become the host
Use the setup key to create your host account. Verify your email and sign in.
As host, you choose the name and who can invite people.
4 · Invite your people
Create a circle and a few rooms, then send an invitation. Once your friends join, start a conversation or hop into a call.
People see only the circles they belong to.
5 · What it costs
Budget $5–10 a month for the small example. Video and screen sharing make the biggest difference.
